PAY PLAN
The Younique Pay Plan is a multi-level compensation plan based on the purchase and sale of Younique products. Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates may earn income based on the number of purchases generated by them directly or by their team, and from the resale of products, as indicated herein.
The Younique Pay Plan is structured using a Younique points system through which Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates generate and accumulate points according to the volume of purchases and sales of products and services that they carry out directly and through their multi-level organization. Each Younique product is assigned a certain number of points (“Personal Retail Sales”, or “PRS”) to settle commissions and bonuses. However, certain commissions and bonuses are calculated as a percentage of the product purchase value as explained in this document. Additionally, the points system is used to establish the rank of the Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate.
Younique Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates are paid monetary commissions (“Commissions”) depending on their status level and based on up to two forms of sales:
- Personal Retail Sales (PRS)
- Team Sales
The Younique Pay Plan includes various sources of income available to each Brand Ambassador and Brand Affiliate, categorized into (1) Resale Margin; and (2) Commissions; thereby:
1)RESALE MARGIN
Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates may purchase the products directly from Younique and re-sell them to customers. The potential profit resulting from this action belongs to the corresponding Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate.
2)COMMISSIONS
Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates will be able to access the payment of the following commissions in money, derived from the purchase and sale of Younique products and services:
- RETAIL COMMISSIONS: This is commission that the active Brand Ambassador and Brand Affiliates receives.
- INSTANT RETAIL PAY: Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates have the opportunity to earn up to 40% in Retail Pay, which is based on total Personal Retail Sales ("PRS") for the month. The base Retail Pay is 20% ("Instant Retail Pay") and is paid after 3 hours of each sale.
- MONTH-END TIERED RETAIL PAY: Brand Ambassador and Brand AffiliateRetail Pay may increase by 5%-20% as PRS grows, according to the chart below. The additional Retail Pay ("Month-End Tiered Retail Pay", or "Tiered Retail Pay") earned is paid on the 8th of the following month after total PRS is determined in one lump sum with Month-End Pay. Your PRS calculation for Retail Pay resets every month.
- MONTH-END PAY: Month-End Commissions are paid in one lump sum and are a cumulative commission paid once a month has ended and finalized. These are earned by a Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate based on the requirements achieved in a certain month. Month-End Commissions (depending on their Pay Level) are paid from Retail Commissions, 1st Level Team Pay, 2nd Level Team Pay, and 3rd Level Team Pay. Month-End Tiered Retail Pay is included in this payment.
The Younique Independent Brand Ambassador rank structure has thirteen (13) titles. Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates may qualify and advance through titles based on Younique direct product purchase levels and through their Downline organizational purchases. Earning a specific title in a given period does not automatically qualify the Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate for the same title in future periods. Younique statuses are as follows: Brand Ambassador/Affiliate, Qualified Brand Ambassador/Affiliate, Brand Specialist, Senior Brand Specialist, Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager, Brand Director, Senior Brand Director, Brand Vice President, Brand Executive, Presidential Brand Executive, Global Brand Executive, and Chief Brand Executive. Titles are qualified by (a) Personal Retail Sales (“PRS”); (b) and Monthly Title Sales.
The Commissions that Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates can earn are based on status percentages and point generation as found in the table below. Brand Affiliates are unable to enroll other Brand Affiliates or Brand Ambassadors and are not eligible for Team Pay.

Younique may from time to time, in an autonomous and discretionary manner, structure incentives or promotions, or offer trips or events for which certain Brand Ambassadors or Brand Affiliates may participate or qualify, depending on the times, terms, and conditions of each incentive, promotion, trip, or event, which will be communicated when each event takes place.
INDEPENDENT BRAND AMBASSADOR: A person or business entity who is enrolled with Younique under an Independent Brand Ambassador Agreement. Brand Ambassadors are assigned their own user ID number in the database. A Brand Ambassador can enroll other Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates with Younique.
INDEPENDENT BRAND AFFILIATE: A person or entity who is enrolled with Younique under an Independent Brand Affiliate Agreement. Brand Affiliates are assigned their own user ID number in the database. Brand Affiliates may qualify as a first-level of the Brand Ambassador they enroll under, but they cannot enroll other Brand Ambassadors or Brand Affiliates under themselves with Younique.
ACTIVE BRAND AMBASSADOR OR BRAND AFFILIATE: To be active, a Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate must accumulate 250 PRS in a rolling three-month period.
QUALIFIED BRAND AMBASSADOR OR AFFILIATE: To be a Qualified Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate, a Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate must accrue a total of 250 PRS within any current calendar month.
PERSONAL RETAIL SALES (PRS): A Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate’s PRS refers to the sum of the retail value of all commissionable products that a Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate sold in the month in question.
PRS is calculated based on the product prices in U.S. dollars. For example, selling a product priced at $40 USD will earn 40 PRS.
MONTHLY TITLE SALES: Monthly Title Sales refers to the sum of the retail value of all commissionable products that the Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate and their 1st Level Team sold in the month in question.
LEVEL SALES: Brand Ambassadors may earn up to 10% on their 1st Level Sales, 5% on their 2nd Level Sales, and 4% on their 3rd Level Sales, depending on the Brand Ambassador’s Pay Level for the month. Level Sales refers to the amount of commissionable products sold after Retail Commissions have been paid. Therefore, Level Sales refers to the retail value of all commissionable products that the Brand Ambassador’s 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Level sold in the month in question.
QUALIFIED FIRST-LEVEL BRAND AMBASSADORS OR AFFILIATES: Refers to individuals personally sponsored by a Brand Ambassador who are active on their first level and who have achieved a minimum of 250 in Personal Retail Sales (PRS) during the applicable commission month. The number of Qualified First-Level Brand Ambassadors and/or Brand Affiliates is used to determine eligibility for Team Pay beginning at the rank of Senior Brand Specialist and above.
COMMISSION PERIOD: A monthly commission period begins at 12:00 a.m. PST on the first day of each calendar month and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on the last day of each calendar month.
