WEEK 3 | Gratitude

- Start a gratitude journal and list:
• 3 things you’re grateful for from the past
• 3 things you’re grateful for in the present
• 3 things you’re grateful for in the future
(things you KNOW are going to become a reality) - Keep up on your DMO workbook.
WEEK 4 | Mindset

- Set a reminder to practice mindfulness daily.
- Develop daily self-check practices using the DMO workbook.
WEEK 5 | Rhythm of Business
(Day 1-7)

- Create a goal sheet for the month.
- Plan the celebration you'll have when you meet those goals.
- Continue your daily tasks using the DMO workbook.
WEEK 6 | Rhythm of Business
(Day 8-16)

- Outline the business building activities you want to put more energy into.
- Focus on achieving a minimum of 500 PRS.
