What is the YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyalty program?
The YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyalty program rewards Younique customers with Y-CASH credit, a reduced free shipping threshold, and access to exclusive bundles. You can qualify for the program in two ways: spend a qualifying amount in lifetime purchases, or sign up for a YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription.
How do I qualify for the YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyalty program?
You can qualify for the YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyalty program in two ways:
- Spend a total of $100 USD, $120 CAD, $130 AUD, $140 NZD, £80 GBP, $1,600 MXN, 90 € EUR, or HK$800 with Younique! Your qualification for the YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyalty program is linked to your Younique customer account. Once your customer account hits this threshold, you will be automatically qualified for the YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyalty program.
- Sign up for a YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription.
What happens once I qualify for the YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyalty program?
Once you qualify for the program, you will:
- Have immediate access to a lowered shipping threshold—As soon as you qualify, you will receive free standard shipping for every purchase with an order subtotal* of at least $75 USD, $99 CAD, $110 AUD, $110 NZD, £60 GBP, $1,875 MXN, 85 € EUR, or HK$600.
- Receive access to promotional bundles available exclusively to YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE customers—YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyal customers will have access to exclusive, curated bundles. The bundle will feature Younique products at a noteworthy savings—our way of saying thanks for shopping with us! Limit one bundle per customer.
- Begin earning Y-CASH credit—After you qualify for the loyalty program (as outlined above), you will then begin earning Y-CASH credit each time your incremental spend amount reaches the qualifying amount.**
- Spend $100 USD, receive $10 Y-CASH credit
- Spend $120 CAD, receive $12 Y-CASH credit
- Spend $130 AUD, receive $13 Y-CASH credit
- Spend $140 NZD, receive $14 Y-CASH credit
- Spend £80 GBP, receive $8 Y-CASH credit
- Spend $1,600 MXN, receive $160 Y-CASH credit
- Spend 90 € EUR, receive $9 Y-CASH credit
- Spend HK$800, receive $80 Y-CASH credit
Please note that you do not earn Y-CASH credit on the initial spend that qualified you for the loyalty program.
*The subtotal does not include non-inclusive taxes, shipping, or the credit received from Y-CASH credit or half-price items. For VAT-inclusive markets, tax is included in the subtotal.
**Qualifying spend amount is determined by market. If you make purchases across markets, you will need to reach the qualifying amount by market in order to earn Y-CASH credit. Please note that this Y-CASH credit will expire one year from when it is dispersed.
How much does the YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyalty program cost?
Nothing! There is no fee to qualify for the loyalty program or to be part of it. Please note, however, that the benefits of the program are activated after you qualify by spending a set amount in lifetime purchases as outlined above or signing up for a YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription.
Who can qualify for the YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyalty program?
The YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyalty program is available to Younique customers in all markets in which Younique does business. This program will not include current Younique Presenters.
If I become a Younique Presenter, will any unspent Y-CASH credit I earn through the YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyalty program transfer to my Younique Presenter account?
Yes! Y-CASH credit is connected to your Younique account. This means that if a customer becomes a Younique Presenter, his or her existing account simply upgrades to a Younique Presenter account, and any Y-CASH credit will continue to be available.
Will my Y-CASH credit expire?
Yes, the Y-CASH credit you earn from purchases made on and after September 1, 2018, will expire 12 months after it has been issued.
How do I track my Y-CASH credit rewards?
In your account profile, you can see a Y-CASH wallet that will show you how much Y-CASH credit you have available to spend. Coming soon, you will be able to see a tracker that will show you how much you need to spend until you earn your next Y-CASH credit.
What information will be available to Younique Presenters about their YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyal customers?
The Younique Presenter’s Customer Connect report features additional information that will show the Younique Presenter which of their customers qualify for the YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyalty program and if they have available Y-CASH credit to spend. Watch for additional functionality coming in the future.
Do I have to spend a certain amount to continue my membership in the YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE loyalty program once I’ve been enrolled? Will it ever expire?
Nope! We consider this a permanent achievement, and it would only change if you become a Younique Presenter. Any Y-CASH credit earned will expire 12 months after it is earned, however.
What is YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription?
YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription allows you to get MOODSTRUCK EPIC mascara shipped to you at a frequency of your choice. Signing up for a YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription means you won’t have to reorder your favorite mascara—it will be shipped to you regularly at whatever frequency you choose. You will receive free shipping on every recurring order as well as samples in every order. Editing or canceling your account is quick and easy.
How much does a YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription cost?
There is no fee to sign up for the subscription. You will pay for the cost of the product and will receive free shipping on every order as well as a sample in every order.
Who can sign up for a YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription?
The subscription is available to both Younique Presenters and customers in all markets in which Younique does business.
What products are available to order in my YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription?

When you set up your subscription for the first time, add any other items to your order, and your entire order will ship free.

How do I sign up for a YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription?
Sign into your Younique account. Click Shop, Eyes, and then MOODSTRUCK EPIC mascara. There, you will be able to select your shipping frequency. Add your selected product to your cart and check out.
How often will my order ship?
You can choose a delivery frequency of every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days.
Do I have to get the same MOODSTRUCK EPIC mascara in every YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE shipment?
No. You can choose to receive a different MOODSTRUCK EPIC mascara in your next shipment if you’d like. Go to My Account, My Subscription, and use the dropdown menu to select the mascara you would like to receive in your next shipment.
Can I have multiple YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscriptions at the same time?
No. You can only have one active YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription at any given time. However, you are still able to purchase additional tubes of MOODSTRUCK EPIC mascara outside of your subscription.
Can I change the shipping frequency of my subscription?
You can change your shipping frequency at any time by going to My Account and My Subscription.
Additionally, you will receive an email before each shipment letting you know that your order will process soon. In this email, you will be given the option to change your subscription shipping frequency. If you’re happy with the frequency in which you receive your subscription, you don’t need to do anything. Please keep in mind that the frequency you select will be when your subscription processes and your credit card is billed. Your subscription will actually ship several days after it has been processed.
How do I change my YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription?
You can manage your subscription by navigating to My Account and then My Subscription. Here you will be able to edit your mascara choice, delivery frequency, credit card info, mailing address, etc. You can even cancel with one click. Please keep in mind that you must make changes or cancel before 11:59 p.m. PT the day before your next processing date for your changes to go into effect before your subscription is processed and shipped.
I canceled my YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription, but I’d like to reactivate it. How do I do that?
Reactivating your account is as easy as when you first subscribed. Simply sign into your Younique account. Go to the MOODSTRUCK EPIC mascara page. There, hit Reactivate.
If I reactivate my account, when will my next subscription be shipped?
Your next shipment will process based off the shipping frequency you had previously selected. If you reactivate your account before your next shipment was supposed to be processed and shipped, it will still be processed on that date unless you select a later date as your new shipping frequency.
Can I use Y-CASH credit or half-price items to pay for my YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription?
No, you cannot use Y-CASH credit or half-price items to pay for your subscription.
Will my hostess earn Party Points for every YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription?
YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription purchases are not attached to YOUNIQUE™ virtual parties.
Can I get free expedited shipping?
YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription deliveries qualify for free standard shipping only.
Will I earn Royalty Points for YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscriptions?
Yes. You will earn 24 Royalty Points for every delivered shipment.
What happens if the product in my YOUNIQUE PRESTIGE subscription goes on backorder?
If your selected MOODSTRUCK EPIC mascara goes on backorder, you will be notified via the email address that you provided upon enrollment and your subscription will be canceled. You may reactivate your subscription at any time, whether to get a different product or when the product in your original subscription becomes available again.
