• What is a Younique Brand Ambassador? 

  A Younique Brand Ambassador is an independent distributor of Younique’s products who makes a commission on the sales of Younique products. They not only have the opportunity to earn from their own sales but can also build teams and sponsor new Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates. All Brand Ambassadors agree to an Independent Brand Ambassador Agreement, a legally binding document governing their relationship with Younique. 

• What is a Younique Brand Affiliate? 

  A Younique Brand Affiliate is a member of the Younique Family who focuses specifically on sales and can earn up to 40% in Tiered Retail Pay every month. They have the flexibility to be an affiliate for other companies and products, allowing for multiple income streams. Unlike Brand Ambassadors, Brand Affiliates do not have the ability to sponsor or build teams of their own Brand Ambassadors or Brand Affiliates within the Younique business structure. 

• Can I be both a Brand Ambassador and a Brand Affiliate? 

  No. To begin, you must choose one path that aligns with your goals and aspirations. You can always change your mind later. If you wish to switch your account, please reach out to our Compliance department at compliance@youniqueproducts.com.  

  Please note that if you switch your account from a Brand Ambassador to a Brand Affiliate, you will lose your downline that was previously set up under your Brand Ambassador account.

• Why become a Younique Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate? 

  Younique is a social-selling, innovative, and award-winning beauty company that operates through a multi-level marketing business model. As a Brand Ambassador, you have the opportunity to build and sponsor, while as a Brand Affiliate, you can focus on sales. Both paths offer the potential for personal growth, financial reward, and the ability to be part of a global community. 

  Younique’s products are highly regarded, including award-winning lash products, mascaras, foundations, and skin care. By joining as a Younique Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate, you can earn commissions and discounts on these exceptional products. 

  Younique is also a mission-based brand. Through the sale of its products, Younique donates 10% of its profits to Saprea, a public charity dedicated to eradicating child sexual abuse. As a Younique Brand Ambassador, Brand Affiliate, or customer, you directly contribute to supporting survivors and providing essential services for their healing. 

• How do I get started as a Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate? 

  Embarking on your Younique journey is straight forward! Decide whether you'd like to be a Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate, then join alongside a Sponsor. This can be someone you already know or someone located near you. Your Sponsor is your guide, providing support as you unlock your potential with our targeted training, supportive community, and pioneering tools.

• What are the requirements for Younique Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates? 

  To become a Younique Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate, you need to enroll online and purchase the YOUNIQUE beauty box. 

  To remain an active Brand Affiliate, you must  achieve a Personal Retail Sales (PRS) of at least 125 during a rolling three month period. A rolling period indicates that at the beginning of each new month, the earliest month in your rolling period would drop off. At the first of August, for example, the three month rolling period would consist of June, July, and August—while May’s sales would drop off.

  If your account is converted to a customer account due to inactivity, you can reinstate it within three months by purchasing a new YOUNIQUE beauty box under your original Sponsor. This allows you to retain your existing title, sales history, and customer subscriptions. Brand Ambassadors will also keep their downline. If you do not reinstate your account within three months, you can still renew it by purchasing a new YOUNIQUE beauty box under any Sponsor, but you will not regain your previous business data. 

• How do I join Younique as a Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate? 

  To join as a Younique Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate, click here. You will need to purchase Younique’s starter kit, known as the YOUNIQUE beauty box (unless you are in the state of North Dakota in the U.S., or if you are in Germany—residents of these places can become Younique Brand Ambassadors with no purchase necessary). The YOUNIQUE beauty box is $99 USD, $119 CAD, $129 AUD, $149 NZD, £69 GBP, 107 € EUR, $1,725 MXN, HK$775, or $472,000 COP and includes all the tools you need to start your business, plus a variety of our best-selling products for you to enjoy and try at an incredible savings on the retail value.

• In which countries are people eligible to purchase the YOUNIQUE beauty box? 

  People in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Mexico, Colombia, Germany, France, Spain, Hong Kong, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland and Denmark can purchase the YOUNIQUE beauty box and become a Younique Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate. 

• Can I sell Younique products internationally? 

  Yes, Younique provides the opportunity to sell products in all the countries we do business in, expanding your market reach. For a list of those countries, click here. 

• Can I sell other beauty brands as a Younique Brand Affiliate?

  Yes. As an Affiliate, you can maintain partnerships with other brands while selling Younique products. However, please note that Brand Ambassadors cannot sell for competing direct sales brands. 

• How do I earn commissions as a Younique Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate? 

  You can earn commissions through your personal retail sales (PRS) as both a Younique Brand Ambassador and Brand Affiliate. As a Brand Ambassador, you can earn additional commissions on the sales of your downline. Commissions are typically paid out within three hours of an online sale through Instant Pay. Additionally, you have the opportunity to earn Month-End Pay by reaching title requirements outlined in the Younique Pay Plan and Income Disclosure. Month-End Pay is paid on the 8th of the following month.  

• What is the Lifetime PRS Reinstatement incentive? 

  Re-enrolling Brand Ambassadors get their existing Lifetime PRS reinstated to help earn a new sales title. For more details, click here.
