What is the Younique 2022 Incentive Trip?The Younique 2022 Incentive Trip is an opportunity for qualifying Younique Presenters to relax and enjoy time with the Y-Family as a reward for their hard work.
This year’s trip is a four-night stay at the all-inclusive Hard Rock Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, January 17–21, 2022. Qualifying Younique Presenters and their plus-ones can enjoy time at the resort, which includes signature amenities, luxurious accommodations, world-class dining, and more. 
 
Who is eligible to earn the 2022 Incentive Trip?All active Younique Presenters are eligible to earn the 25,000 Incentive Trip points required to go on the incentive trip.
 
What is the qualification period?The qualification period begins June 1, 2021, at midnight PDT and ends October 31, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. PDT. For more details, please see the ‘Qualifying for the Incentive Trip’ section below. 
 
How can I track my points?On June 1, 2021, we will provide you with a tracker in your Back Office. PRS points will be tracked in real time. Status Advancements and Pink Mentor points will be shown after compliance checks have been made (by the 8th of the following month). For example, your Paid-as Status points from April will be available around May 8, 2021. Sponsoring points will be applied after the sponsored Presenter reaches 250 in PRS within the qualification period.

Do I earn all three rewards if I reach 45,000 Incentive Trip points?Yes. You will receive the rewards for all prize levels at and below the number of Incentive Trip points you earned by the time the qualification period closes.
 
Can I pay extra to upgrade my room type? Yes, based on the hotel’s availability, you can pay to upgrade your room by contacting the hotel directly.
 
Can I bring another Presenter as my plus-one? Yep! Your plus-one may be another Presenter.
 
Will we be able to add additional guests/children to our room?The maximum occupancy included with your voucher at the Hard Rock Hotel will be 4 max. Triple and Quad occupancy is limited to the number of double/double rooms the resort has available.

Additional children (2–12 years old) and 3rd & 4th guests apply only when sharing a room with 2 adults and will be at the hotel’s prevailing rates.
 
Can I extend my trip over four days?Yes, the hotel will offer the Younique group discount rate 3 days before and after the scheduled Incentive Trip dates.
 
What is the Incentive Trip travel credit?Travel credit will be awarded to top Incentive Trip point earners in each market. This credit can be used to offset costs you incur while traveling.
 
How do I earn the new travel credit?A travel credit of $500 USD will go to the highest point earner in each market group as follows:
• Australia and New Zealand
• UK and Ireland
• France and Belgium
• Germany
• Austria and the Netherlands
• Spain and Portugal
• Mexico and U.S. Latina
• Italy
• Canada
• U.S.
The next top five point-earning Presenters (places 2–6) per market group will receive a $250 USD credit.
 
Can I give the travel credit to another Presenter?Incentive Trip rewards, including the travel credit, are non-transferable.
 
How do I earn the 25,000 Incentive Trip points required to qualify for the trip?You can earn the needed 25,000 Incentive Trip points through any combination of the following qualifiers: 
• PRS
• Status Advancements 
• Sponsorships with 250 PRS qualifier
• Pink Mentorships  
 
Personal Retail Sales PointsFor every 1 PRS earned throughout the five-month qualification period, you earn 1 Incentive Trip point.
 
Sponsor/250 PRSYou will earn 750 points for every new Fast Start Qualified Younique Presenter you enrolled during the five-month qualification period. Your new Presenter must achieve 250 PRS within their first 90 days or within the qualification period, whichever comes first. Double points will be awarded to the Mentor of new Fast Start Qualified Presenters who are sponsored June 1¬–30, 2021, who go on to achieve 250 PRS during the new Presenter’s first 90 days. 
 
Status Advancements Presenters will earn 7,500 points for first-time advancement to Pink Status or above during the qualification period. Presenters can earn the 7,500 Status Advancement points each time they advance for the first time. For example, if you advance to Pink Status for the first time in June, you’ll earn 7,500. If you go on to advance to Blue Status for the first time in August, you’ll earn an additional 7,500 points for a total of 15,000 points. 
 
Pink Mentor

Presenters will earn 7,500 points for helping personally enrolled team members advance to Pink Status for the first time. There are no limits to the amount of Pink Status Mentor points you can earn. For example, if you mentor two individual Presenters who enrolled under you and they both reach Pink Status for the first time, you’ll earn 7,500 for each for a total of 15,000 points. 

 Every month that you personally sponsored Presenter advances to Pink Status for the first time throughout the five-month qualification period. 

 
Are the point requirements different across the different markets?No. The required points are the same across all markets.
 
Can Younique Presenters in all markets earn the Incentive Trip?Of course! We are a global company, so active Younique Presenters in all markets are eligible to earn the 2022 Incentive Trip.

How and when will I be notified if I qualify?You will receive an email letting you know you have qualified as soon as you’ve reached 25,000 Incentive Trip points. You will receive an additional email with details about how to register as well as an email to register as soon as registration opens. Completing all steps of the registration process is the only way to guarantee your prize. 
 
When will registration open? Registration for this event is November 13, 2021, through November 30, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
 
How do I register? If you’ve qualified, you will receive an email prior to registration launching with all the details on how to get registered for the event. Once you receive that email, click on the link and be sure to complete all the steps of registration to redeem your prize. Once completed you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to customercare@youniqueproducts.com
 
When is the cancellation deadline?Cancellations received on or before December 1 will be accepted without penalty. Cancellations after December 1 will be subject to a $200 fee unless accompanied by a doctor’s note.
 
Is a passport required for the trip?Yes, all travelers must have a passport valid for more than 6 months beyond the return date of the trip. Passport information is not required to complete registration, so please do not delay your registration to obtain a passport. The U.S. Government expects high numbers of passport renewals this year, so we recommend beginning your passport process as soon as possible.
 
How many guests can I bring?The Hard Rock Punta Cana has a maximum room occupancy of four guests. A complementary guest is included in your qualification; two additional guests are allowed with a fee. 
 
What is the cost of additional guests?In addition to one complementary guest, Younique will allow guests ages 0–3 for free as a courtesy. Guests ages 4–17 will be $216. A third adult will be $758.67, and a fourth adult will be $739. All guests must be registered to be admitted to the resort.
 
Why is an all-inclusive beverage package an additional charge?Younique Products has not provided alcohol as part of the all-inclusive trip package. However, the buy-in package can be added by individual Presenters.
 
Why can’t I add the beverage package for only one guest in my room?The resort requires that if one alcohol package is purchased, both adults must purchase the package for the room. The package price is for the entire duration of the reservation. You cannot purchase the package on a daily rate. Minibars are only included with the purchase of this package.
 
If I am unable to attend the trip for any reason, will I be awarded the cash value of the trip?You will not be awarded the cash value of the trip if you are unable to attend. All Younique Presenters who qualify will receive the exclusive Incentive Trip charm. Please note that the Incentive Trip is non-transferable. 
 
If I have restrictions on travel due to COVID-19, will I be awarded cash or compensation for the value of the trip? You will not be awarded the cash value of the trip if you are unable to attend due to COVID-19. We’re continuing to watch the situation and will adjust the program as needed so everyone feels safe. We will update Incentive Trip earners and make adjustments accordingly on a case-by-case basis. 
 
Does my account need to be active in order for me to attend the Incentive Trip?Yes, your account must be active and in good standing for you to attend the Incentive Trip. If you qualify and register for the trip but then your account is not active at the time of the trip, you will not be able to attend.

Incentive trips are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The value of any incentive trip may be considered taxable income, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the Presenter who qualifies and receives the incentive trip. It is the responsibility of the qualifying Presenter to provide airfare, gratuities, pre/post meals and lodging, ground transportation, and any other fees relating to the incentive trip.
