Additionally, certain groups will be eligible to participate in monthly and campaign-long perks—including everyone who buys a YOUNIQUE Presenter Kit! Check in each month to see what perks are available to you.

A Rewards Link is the new, easier way to share Younique with your friends, followers, and customers. The Rewards Link Owner can be either a Younique Presenter or a customer. Link Owners can earn Y-CASH credit (product credit) from purchases made through that Rewards Link.

They’ve been replaced by Rewards Links, which are an easier and faster way to share Younique. You can create a Rewards Link in just one step!

You can start earning Y-CASH credit (product credit) from your Rewards Link after reaching 200 points. Rewards Links are open for a period of 10 days. Points are earned by PRS (one point per $1 USD spent). After the Rewards Link is qualified by meeting the 200 point minimum, you’ll earn product credit at a rate of 10% of the total points earned (including the 200 points).

When your Rewards Link becomes qualified (reaches the 200 point minimum), you’ll earn Y-CASH credit at a rate of 10% of the total points earned, including the 200 points. This means every Rewards Link you own that qualifies will earn you a minimum product credit that’s equal to $20 USD, $24 CAD, $26 AUD, $27.80 NZD, £16 GBP, 17 € EUR, $280 MXN, or HK$148.

Y-CASH credit will be applied to your Younique account within 24 hours of the qualified Rewards Link expiring. Links expire automatically after 10 days or when ended earlier by its Link Owner. 

No. Younique customers and Presenters alike have opportunities to earn rewards in campaign perks, depending upon the qualifying behavior (e.g., having the most qualified Rewards Links applies to both, but sponsoring applies to Presenters only). 

If you are a Younique customer or an Entry or Exemplary Presenter (White Status through Blue Status) as of April 1, 2020, then you are part of the Blue and Below group.

If you are an Elite or Exclusive Presenter (Green Status through Black Status) as of April 1, 2020, then you are part of the Green and Above group.

Your rewards group determines your peer group for the competitive perks (e.g., the Top Sponsors in April 2020 or the campaign-long Top 129 for qualified Rewards Links). These eligibility groups are set by your Recognized Status when the campaign begins April 1.
You’ll remain in the same eligibility group throughout the campaign. 

No. The rewards groups will be in place from April through July. If you start out as an Entry or Exemplary Presenter, you won’t change groups mid-campaign even if you achieve an Elite or Exclusive Status.

Each month we will have different perks for the Blue and Below group that can be earned by that month’s specified behavior (e.g., sponsor one Younique Presenter in April 2020 to earn a silver Younique bracelet). Additionally, each month we’ll have a prize for the top performers (e.g., the Presenters who sponsor the most Younique Presenters in April per market breakdown). You can earn one per participant.

Every month will feature a new opportunity to earn new prizes in new ways—so be sure to come back often and see what’s happening!

All Younique Presenters will be eligible to participate in campaign-long rewards for sponsoring the most Younique Presenters and having the most qualified Rewards Links (minimum of three sponsored Presenters or three qualified Rewards Links). Participation is by rewards group, with the per-market top earner breakdown as:

• U.S.: Top 50
• Germany, France, Canada, Mexico, and UK: Top 10 per market
• Australia, Italy, Spain: Top 5 per market
• Belgium, Austria, Netherlands, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Portugal, Ireland: Top 2 per market

The campaign-long rewards include:

You can also follow your progress for the perks through the tracker in your Back Office. Rewards for qualified Rewards Links perks are allotted by the number of qualified Rewards Links you have, not the sales volume or PRS per link.

Entry or Exemplary Presenters who earn this perk will receive a sterling silver Younique cuff bracelet. The one-size-fits-most bracelet, which measures approximately 2.55 inches in diameter, features black, inlaid details—two Younique flourishes on the ends of the bracelet’s exterior and the phrase “Uplift ∙ Empower ∙ Validate” stamped on the inside. Please note this perk is limited to one per Younique Presenter.

Additionally, the top Sponsors per market will earn a Visa gift card to purchase an iRobot Roomba vacuum. These Sponsors must be White Status, Yellow Status, Pink Status, or Blue Status, and must sponsor a minimum of three new Presenters to be eligible for this reward.

You will receive a coupon for the Younique bracelet on May 1. Simply redeem the coupon by adding the bracelet to your shopping cart the next time you make a purchase. Please be sure to order before the coupon’s expiration date, which can be seen when checking out.

If you are among the top Sponsors who earn the Visa gift card, you will receive an email or Facebook message from Younique Corporate to arrange shipping for your reward. The gift card will be equal to the price of an iRobot Roomba vacuum.
