• What is Fast Start?

  The Fast Start program rewards new Younique Presenters for making sales and building a team of sellers during their first 90 days as a Presenter. When they reach achievements related to these business-building behaviors, new Presenters will earn rewards such as Y-CASH product credit and cash bonuses.

  This Fast Start program was implemented on June 1, 2021, at 12:01 a.m. PDT. 

• Who can participate in the Fast Start program?
  All new Younique Presenters who joined on or after June 1, 2021, at 12:01 a.m. PDT and are within their first 90 days of enrollment are eligible to participate in this Fast Start program. 
• What if I joined before June 1, 2021, and am still in my first 90 days?
  Presenters who joined prior to June 1, 2021, at 12:01 a.m. PDT will continue to participate in the Fast Start program that retired on May 31, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. PDT. This includes the opportunity to earn extra Y-CASH credit within their first 60 days as part of the Time for You Campaign. 

  Please note that any Younique Presenter who joined prior to June 1, 2021, at 12:00 a.m. PDT will also be eligible to participate in the Fast Start Restart promotion in June, July, and August of 2021 for a chance to earn Mentoring and Team Building Bonuses.

• How long do I have to earn Fast Start rewards?
  Your Fast Start earning period is 90 days from the date you sign up as a new Younique Presenter.
• When does my Fast Start period begin?
  Your 90 days start the day you signed up as a Younique Presenter.  
• How are Fast Start Rewards earned?

  There are four ways to earn Fast Start rewards:

  Fast Start Qualified
  First, you must become Fast Start Qualified by earning 250 Personal Retail Sales (PRS) within 90 days of enrolling. Once qualified, $25 USD, $30 CAD, $32.50 AUD, $34.75 NZD, £20 GBP, $350 MXN, €21.25 EUR, $185 HKD in Y-CASH credit will immediately be added to your account. 

  You’ll also unlock the Fast Start Coupon, which lets you take 25% off an order. The coupon is immediately applied to your account when the 250 PRS is earned, and you have 60 days to redeem it from the day it’s received. Even if you earn the coupon on the last day of your Fast Start earning period, you will still have 60 days to use it.

  Note: PRS, or Personal Retail Sales, is how Younique measures sales across all markets and is based on product prices in U.S. dollars (e.g., the sale of a full-priced $40 USD product will earn a Younique Presenter 40 PRS). 
   

  Fast Start Selling Rewards

  Once you are Fast Start Qualified, you can earn $25 USD, $30 CAD, $32.50 AUD, $34.75 NZD, £20 GBP, $350 MXN, €21.25 EUR, $185 HKD in Y-CASH credit for every additional 250 PRS earned within 90 days of your enrollment date. 

  There is no limit to the amount of Y-CASH credit you can earn for Fast Start Selling Rewards if you continue to reach the 250 PRS requirement during your Fast Start earning period. For example, if you earn an additional 500 PRS after becoming Fast Start Qualified, you will receive a total of $75 USD in Y-CASH credit—$25 USD in Y-CASH credit for each increment of 250 PRS, including the Fast Start Qualified bonus. 

  Fast Start Mentoring Bonuses
  Earn additional Y-CASH credit and cash bonuses every time you help a new Younique Presenter that you personally enrolled during your first 90 days become Fast Start Qualified. 

  For each personally sponsored Presenter who becomes Fast Start Qualified, you will earn:

  • A Y-CASH credit valued at $25 USD, $30 CAD, $32.50 AUD, $34.75 NZD, £20 GBP, $350 MXN, €21.25 EUR, or $185 HKD
  • A cash bonus of $25 USD, $30 CAD, $32.50 AUD, $34.75 NZD, £20 GBP, $350 MXN, €21.25 EUR, or $185 HKD 

  There is no limit to the amount of Fast Start Mentoring Bonuses you can earn if you continue to help new Presenters who you enrolled in your first 90 days become Fast Start Qualified within their own Fast Start earning period. 

  You can earn the bonuses after your own Fast Start period (90 days) has closed, but only if your mentee joined during your first 90 days as a Presenter. For example, if your mentee joined your team on day 90 of your Fast Start Period and earns 250 PRS on their fifth day (day 95 for you), you will still be eligible to receive the bonuses because you sponsored them during your first 90 days. 

  
  Fast Start Team Building Bonuses
  Earn even more product rewards and cash when you help three new Younique Presenters that you personally enrolled during your first 90 days become Fast Start Qualified.

  For every three personally enrolled Presenters who become Fast Start Qualified, you will earn:

  • A Y-CASH credit of $25 USD, $30 CAD, $32.50 AUD, $34.75 NZD, £20 GBP, $350 MXN, €21.25 EUR, or $185 HKD
  • A cash bonus of $25 USD, $30 CAD, $32.50 AUD, $34.75 NZD, £20 GBP, $350 MXN, €21.25 EUR, or $185 HKD 

  This Fast Start Team Building Bonus is paid in addition to each Fast Start Mentoring Bonus you receive for your individual mentees who become Fast Start Qualified.

  There is no limit to the amount of Fast Start Team Building Bonuses you can earn if you continue to enroll three new Presenters who become Fast Start Qualified within their own Fast Start earning period. 

  You can earn the bonuses after your own Fast Start period (90 days) has closed, but only if your three mentees joined during your first 90 days as a Presenter. For example, if they joined your team on day 90 of your Fast Start Period and each earned 250 PRS on their fifth day (day 95 for you), you will still be eligible to receive the bonus because you sponsored them during your first 90 days. 
   

• Do I have to be Fast Start Qualified to be eligible to earn Fast Start Mentoring and Team Building Bonuses?
  No, there is no minimum PRS or status requirement to be eligible to receive Fast Start Mentoring or Team Building Bonuses. However, we highly encourage all new Presenters to aim to achieve 250 PRS and beyond in their first 90 days to unlock and maximize all the rewards that Fast Start has to offer.
• What does “personally enrolled” mean?
  The term “personally enrolled” refers to new Younique Presenters who choose you as their sponsor during enrollment. They are also referred to as your First Level Presenters. 
• What does it mean to be a mentor?
  It simply means you’re helping Presenters do what you do. You don’t have to be an expert or know everything—you can learn together! Simply encourage your mentee and share tips and tricks for sales and sponsoring that have worked for you. 
• If I sponsor someone during my Fast Start period but they do not become Fast Start Qualified until after my first 90 days, will I still be eligible for Fast Start Mentoring or Team Building bonuses? 
  Yes. As long as your new Presenter’s enrollment date is during your first 90 days, you can earn both the Fast Start Mentoring and Team Building Bonuses if your new Presenter becomes Fast Start Qualified with 250 PRS in their first 90 days—even if that qualification happens after your 90 days are up.
• Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn during Fast Start? 
  There are no limit to the number of Y-CASH credit and cash bonuses you can earn during Fast Start. However, you cannot earn additional Fast Start Coupons. You will only receive one 25% off coupon when you become Fast Start Qualified. 
• When will the Fast Start Coupon be issued?
  The 25% off Fast Start Coupon will automatically be added to your account upon achievement of 250 PRS during your first 90 days. 
• When does the Fast Start Coupon expire?
  It expires 60 days after the date it’s applied to your account. 
• How do I use my Fast Start Coupon?
  The coupon will automatically be added to your account upon achievement. It will display in your Shopping Cart where you can choose to apply it to an order. It must be redeemed within 60 days of being issued. 
• Does the Fast Start Coupon have any restrictions or exclusions?

  Yes. Any discounted products, bundles, or specially-priced items, including Monthly Specials and YOU·OLOGY bundles, are not eligible to receive the 25% savings. Additionally, newly introduced products will be excluded for the first 90-days post launch.

  Please note that discounts will not stack. If you purchase an item like a Monthly Special that already features savings, then you would receive the Fast Start Coupon savings instead of any savings from the Monthly Special. Y-CASH credit cannot be applied to an order where a Fast Start Coupon is applied. There may be other exclusions based on product promotions and availability.

• Will I receive Retail Royalties from the order on which the Fast Start Coupon was applied?
  Yes. However, Retail Royalties will only be paid on the total of the order after any discounts and coupons are applied. 
• When will I receive any Y-CASH credit I earn from Fast Start?
  Y-CASH credit bonuses will be added to your Younique account as soon as the Fast Start requirements are met. You can view your Y-CASH credit activity in the Y-Cash Ledger section of your Back Office.
• What is Y-CASH credit and how do I use it?

  Y-CASH credit is the term we use for Younique product credits. Y-CASH credit is applied to your Younique account and can be applied to eligible orders in your shopping cart. In the cart, you’ll see a Y-CASH credit total above your item list. Simply enter the amount of Y-CASH credit you’d like to apply to the order in the purple box, hit the white arrow to add it to your order, and proceed to checkout.

  You will have one year to use any Y-CASH credit earned as Fast Start rewards and bonuses. 

• When and how will I receive my cash bonuses earned in Fast Start?
  Cash bonuses will be paid as soon as the Fast Start requirements are met. The payment will be added to your Younique Payquicker Pay Card account within 3 hours of meeting the achievement. You can also view the payment in the Instant Royalties section of your Back Office. 
• Will a Fast Start Charm be available as part of the Fast Start program beginning June 1, 2021?
  No, there are no additional Fast Start rewards beyond Y-CASH credit and cash bonuses. 
• How can I track my Fast Start progress?
  You can review your Fast Start progress with the Fast Start tracker that will display on your Back Office Dashboard.
• How do I track my achievements in the Fast Start program?
  The Fast Start tracker will display icons that represent Y-CASH credit and cash bonuses. When you meet a requirement, the tracker will highlight icons to reflect how much you’ve earned. The tracker will also show the total amount of Y-CASH credit and cash bonus earned throughout your Fast Start journey. You can also keep track of the bonuses that have been credited to your account in the Y-CASH Ledger and Instant Royalties sections of your Back Office.
